Linguistic Systems, Inc. (LSI), being a Massachusetts-based company, is aware of and has implemented policies and practices for the safeguarding of personal information from its clients, employees, former employees, temporary staff and external subcontractors, as required by Massachusetts regulation 201 CMR 17.00. LSI has formulated and maintains a Written Information Security Plan (WISP) and has developed workshops for the training of personnel who, by the nature of their assignments, receive, handle and store personal information as defined by Massachusetts regulation 201 CMR 17.00.

LSI security policy, as stated in its Written Information Security Plan (WISP), reads as follows: In order to safeguard the personal information of its clients, employees, former employees, temporary staff, and external subcontractors, Linguistic Systems, Inc. conducts its business and secures its business premises in such a way as to minimize the risk of identity theft or fraud through the unauthorized access to or use of personal information.
