Client Services Manager

Linguistic Systems, Inc. (LSI), an established translation company in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a bright, experienced, fulltime Client Services Manager. Knowledge of one or more foreign languages is useful, but not necessary. LSI is located in the Kendall Square area, convenient to public transportation.

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for the ongoing business relationship with a single client or group of clients in an industry vertical. S/he will be responsible for managing all projects, in all languages for this client or vertical through a team of Project Managers. Other key responsibilities include: consulting with clients on best-practices in general as well as specific projects, repeat selling to a particular client and creating specific reports for use within LSI or for a client.
